Abstract:

The cofferdam of Nuozadu hydropower station is a part of the dam body and it is characterized as com-plicated structure, multiple kinds of filling materials, high requirement of construction technology and quality, complicat-ed construction landform, difficult arrangement of construction roads, high construction intensity and short constructionperiod. In order to guarantee the cofferdam body quality, before the cofferdam filling, the construction unit carried out 7times productive rolling tests, checked the design rolling parameters, determined construction technology and parametersfor various filling materials, and developed correspondent construction process and main construction methods accordingto practical condition.

Abstract:

For complicated flow pattern in the diversion pipe, the steellinings at the intake could bear high pres-sure of the dynamic flow. If the steel linings can not transfer the pressure with the surrounding concrete, they may bedamaged easily and the safety and stable operation of hydropower station will be impacted. Normally, contact grouting isadopted to fill the gaps between the outer wall and the concrete for making the operation well of steel linings with con-cretes and surrounding rock mass.l This paper presents the construction scheme and technology of contact grouting forsteel linings at the intake of Longtan Hydropower Station on left bank and an assessment on the grouting effect.

Abstract:

The rock mass at the dam site is granite and the mass belong to the type of mosaic cracked secondarymassive structures. In order to keep the quality of blasting excavation, the acoustic wave test technology was used by theconstruction unit for checking the rock mass integrity. The longitudinalintegrity of the rock mass was checked with single - hole acoustic wave technology while the lateral integrity with inter - borehole acoustic wave method. The check resultsshow that the maximum and average attenuation rates of single - hole and inter - borehole acoustic waves are less than10% , which means the blasting exerts less impact on the foundation, and s_o the design requirements of excavation con-struction can be met.

Abstract:

In order to improve the construction technology and the market competition, the Armed Police Hydro-power Eng:ineering Troops promotes the "four new" activity which includes new technique, new technology, new materialand new equipment. In the activity, the problems such as imperfect system, insufficient displaying of advantages and lesstalent resources have been reveal_ed. This paper presents a few suggestions for promoting scientific renovation by themeasures of enhancing understanding, setting up a sound technology management system, improving the performance e-valuation system, and setting a development system of talent resources in the activity.

Abstract: The important problems in the project financial management of the Armed Police Hydropower Engi-.neering Troops include imperfect, inaccuracy and low operability in the budget drafting, rude cost management and thecapital risk etc. . Therefore, the integral management of level - by - level responsibility, inter - departmental coordina-tion, full process control should be adopted to assess project, determine aim cost and profit, make up full and operablebudget to guide construction and perform cost accounting.

Abstract:

The filter material and gravel stone material produced by stone material processing system are the mainmaterials for the Nuozadu Dam, so making full preparation of material is the important guarantee for normal constructionof the dam. For civil works construction delayed, the starting time of metal structure and equipment installation was post-poned into the periods of high temperature and rainy season, the poor construction condition made the installation moredifficult, in the meantime, the node completion time was unchanged, so the instaljation construction period was shorted.In order to put the system into production normally, the construction methods were applied, which included expandingconstruction unit, parallel construction and the eqLupment installed wholly, changing from aerial working to ground work-ing as possible, and single line production to parallel line production, and the problems such as difficult size measure-ment and installation misplacement correction, insufficient resources utilization were solved. As a result, the installationquality and efficiency, and safety coefficients were improved, and installation, commissioning and production of the sys-tem was completed 15 days before the schedule. This paper presents the important factors of system installation such asconstruction organization, construction procedure, key points of quality control etc.
